This year's holiday is in Malta. A Country that i've never visited before, but heard so much about, so I thought I'd better come and check it out for myself.

My impression of Malta? First of all, it appears to be a very strange place, the buildings in general are very tatty and not very well presented, neither are the roads. However, some of the older architecture is absolutely amazing.

I can appreciate why some people hate Malta, but my hotel room is clean (Luna Holiday Complex in Mellieha), and I can eat and drink well, so what else does a guy need?

The public transport system is very very cheap, and for me it wasn't worth hiring a car, as you can hop on and off buses for €0.54 a throw.
