Day 10 - Amarillo
Day 10 saw us heading towards the town made famous in the UK by Peter Kay and Tony Christie. After stopping for directions we stopped off at the town of Groom, Texas where there is a 190ft tall cross, along with life-size bronze statues of the 14 stations of the cross. Having left Groom, we came across an old derelict motel at Conway where 6 VW Beetles have been burried nose down into the ground, creating the "Bug Ranch"
